Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to start a return

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Condition of returned items

Returned coins must be unused and in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging, with any certificates of authenticity, capsules and protective materials intact.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service for valuable items.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us and we will assist you.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
